Escape the pressure of a picture-perfect festive period

Do you find yourself doing increasingly elaborate Christmassy things for your kids, trying to make it “just right” despite being completely exhausted? Do you find yourself looking at everyone else’s Christmas and thinking, why isn’t mine like that? It’s not just you, and it’s not your fault.

That's why I've created a free guide to being an imperfectionist parent at Christmas.

What's in the guide?

The Imperfectionist Parent guide will help you understand WHY imperfectionism is so hard, and what we can do about it.

It introduces The Guilty Parent Escape Plan to help you become more comfortable with imperfection in yourself and your parenting - especially at Christmas.

With this guide, you'll learn:

  • The simple science behind why our brains are set up for perfectionism in parenting

  • How perfectionism inadvertently creates a vicious cycle that is no good for us, or for our kids

  • Evidence-based, practical tips to tackle parent guilt and calm our brains down

  • The 6 key steps you can take to embrace imperfection - so you can parent in the way you want to, and teach your child to be imperfect, too.
