Struggling with your kids in the mornings?

Do you sometimes lose your cool when you’re running late, and they just won’t listen to you? Do you then find yourself feeling guilty that you’ve lost it – again? If so – you’re not alone. We’ve all been there.

That's why I've created a free guide to leaving the house calmly, on time and with everyone (more or less) fed and dressed.

What's in the guide?

This guide combines practical, evidence-based strategies that keep you and your child calmer.

Each tip helps you get out of the door on time - and with a lot less stress.

With this guide, you'll learn:

  • The simple neuroscience behind how & why our brains get stressed in the first place

  • The 6 Key steps to help regulate your child's brain

  • Why a regulated brain means your child is more able to listen & follow the plan

  • Why each technique is helpful for your brain, too

  • How to put it all into practice

About me

I’m Dr Jo Mueller, and I’m a Clinical Psychologist. I specialise in working with parents to help you feel more calm, confident, and connected to your kids. Because parenting is HARD and I get it.

I’ve been privileged to work with mums, dads, and children around the world for the last 15 years, including a decade working in UK NHS mental health services and parenting research.

I'm also a mum of two myself, so - I see you. I understand the day-to-day realities of parenting, and I can help.

"I can't begin to describe the positive impact that this has had on our family life... I feel much more in control."
