Struggling with your kids in the mornings?
Do you sometimes lose your cool when you’re running late, and they just won’t listen to you? Do you then find yourself feeling guilty that you’ve lost it – again? If so – you’re not alone. We’ve all been there.
That's why I've created a free guide to leaving the house calmly, on time and with everyone (more or less) fed and dressed.

What's in the guide?
This guide can help you set calm, healthy boundaries, and can also help you feel more like yourself again too.
It combines neuropsychological, evidence-based strategies that target brain regulation. These help to keep both you and your child in a calm state, making it more likely you’ll all get out of the door on time, and with a lot less fuss and stress.
With this guide, you'll learn:
-
The simple science behind why our brains get into this state in the first place
-
A step-by-step plan to follow to help you to stay calm and in control
-
Some tangible tips and ideas for how to put the plan into action for your child
